Head chief of Hematology Department from 1994, to present, head Chief of palliative care service from June 2004 to 2010 (experienced, results oriented to the field of Hematology and the care of patient with hematologic disorders and hematoma-oncology. I was working on the field of Basic research over cellular immunity in AIDS patients and bone marrow cells culture. I have got PhD on in vitro reconstruction of three different cellular lines of immune system, monocytes, granulocytes and lymphocytes from bone marrow stem cells, in HIV/AIDS PATIENTS in advance stages.
Success in perform and organization of hematology, oncology and palliative care service. Perform diverse diagnostics assay both cytochemical, immunocytochemical, molecular genetic for leukaemia, cellular immunities deficiency and Haemostasis and thrombosis. Currently responsible for performing a Haematology Service and haematology (Haemostasis assays, Blood count Automated System, Clinic care hemato-oncology patient and molecular laboratory whit a team of 20 peoples which care between 80 and 120 patients per day. I am responsible for attending patients in a municipal district where are settled almost 300.000 peoples and we also receive patients of other municipality.)
