I am a retired communications technician who retired early and moved to Mexico and after living in several different cities have chosen Ensenada for a lot of reasons mostly the people.I'm pretty kicked back but need to stay busy. Would rather go pick up dog poop than watch tv all day. By that I mean don't expect miracles or love at first site . First impressions are probably right on but if you judge by that alone then you might have missed something.
