hi I'm mike and i guess this is where i tell you a little about myself. well I'm currently trying to live a healthy lifestyle. at the start of this summer 2014 i started an exercise program where i have lost over 100 lbs, so I'm kinda on a health kick. i workout every day,and eat right.
