My name is Heather and I am 31 years old. I have three children, ages 12,9, and 5. I have had the same job since 2011 and it is at McDonalds. I know people think of McDonalds as a dead in job but its exact the opposite depending on your mind set . It is what you make it to be. I have climbed myself to Store Manager. It hasnt been easy and somedays I dont think its worth it but for me I am at a place I never thought Id be. I am in a position where I can make a difference through other people. I dont try to be the boss but the leader. I wanna be someone people follow.
